Higuain on loan?
SSN saying we are after him on loan with a view to buy with Juve saying he is worth £36m. I get the loan but he’ll be 32 in December!

Re: Higuain on loan?
If he scored 18-20 goals for 3-4 seasons then maybe he's worth £36m?
Definitely would not pay that now for a 31s year old but his record is pretty special and maybe a loan is a good idea to see if he can cut it in the Premier League?

Looks like panic stations have set in now!!
This means no plans have been set up post and Pre season

Re: Higuain on loan?
Everytime I saw Chelsea with him playing the commentators said how he offers nothing to team play and is like playing with 10 men. Don't we already have one of those, and so isn't he the exact opposite to Gomez and Haller, really can't see anything in this.

Re: Higuain on loan?
This would be a disaster. He was shit at Chelsea and I bet he isn't getting any better. Juve want shot of him and I'm hearing that a £40m price tag triggered by appearances is being suggested. That stinks of shit.

I don't want him. I don't want him stealing a wage from us, not giving a fuck, and generally fannying around instead of doing what he is paid for.

It's a no from me.

Jeez, I thought our policy was younger players for a high fee and less wages.

Wow

We can’t even cover his food bills, let alone his wages.

Higuain not to be sniffed at I suppose.....but this just stinks of Sully and Gold just loving being associated with a big name ....regardless of whether they are deemed as well past their sell-by date.

Re: Higuain on loan?
Higuain on a 4 year deal would cost the club the guts of £80m.

That would be way out of our league even for a superstar striker that has a resale value which Higuain is no longer.

Re: Higuain on loan?
Have we tried a loan to buy from juve before?

How did that go?

Bernie 12:13 Thu Jul 11
Re: Higuain on loan?
Will be a dreadful signing, the bloke is past it as showed in the PL last year.

The deal will probably amount to about £250k a week
